• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.
• Effective communication skills in a busy environment.
• Retail math skills, responsible with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare drinks and desserts according to company standards.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to handle merchandise, equipment, and cleaning tasks.
